Jacelyn Holmes, Canadian Singer/Songwriter, received two nominations this year for Best Adult Contemporary Artist and Music Video of the Year at the 2011 Niagra Music Awards. Naturally, such a strong, inspiring woman would not need just any outfit for such a prestigious event, so Fashion Crimes stepped in to help. The end result?
