Fashion Crimes Featured On Marilyn Denis Show!

Rising Star Kira Isabella Cute As A Button In Fashion Crimes

Canadian Country music sensation Kira Isabella has so much to be excited about.  She recently released her debut album Love Me Like That, her first single "A Little More Work" won a 2012 Canadian Radio Music award in the Country category, and she is currently on tour with Carrie Underwood.  Not too shabby for a young lady who's barely 18 years old!

 The Ottawa native needed a cute, agrestic type dress to suit her music video and album cover, and Fashion Crimes delivered.  She is pictured above in a Fashion Crimes Jezebel Tivoli dress in black and white gingham fabric accessorized with a red rose stretch belt (how we love that pop of red!).

Fashion Crimes Featured On Premiere Of The Bachelor Canada!

Did you catch the premiere of the Bachelor Canada on CityTV last night?  If you did, you might have noticed one of the bachelorettes shopping for a dress to wear when meeting Canadian Bachelor Brad for the first time at Fashion Crimes!  Rebecca, aka Bubba, is seen walking into Fashion Crimes, and then posing her stuff in a Jezebel Pom Pom dress: 

After trying on several dresses, Rebecca was faced with a tough decision.  She needed to make sure the dress she chose would make her stand out from the rest of the ladies desperately trying to catch the attention of Brad.  And the verdict....

Rebecca went with the always classic Fashion Crimes Jezebel Tivoli dress in sequin "seeing spots" fabric, accessorized with a red rose belt (similar to the red rose she was coveting!).  Brad certainly was impressed with her look, remarking it was "very 50's".

Fashion Crimes Featured On Canada's Best Beauty Talent!

Two dresses, the Vamp Sleeve Gown and the Vamp Halter Gown, were featured in a judging segment on Canada's Best Beauty Talent with host Coco Rocha!  To catch the full episode, click HERE.

Both Fashion Crimes dresses are shown above in fabulous sequin fabrics (we also have this dress in lace and silks as well!), complete with train and are original Pam Chorley designs from our amazing studio.  Also, both dresses are entirely backless; a common feature associated with the "Vamp" name.

Canada Sings Final Episode: GO Transit VS Purdy's Chocolates

The second season of Canada Sings has ended for another year, which means last week's finale had Sharron Matthews rockin' another Fashion Crimes outfit. If you missed it, never fear! Click HERE to watch the entire episode! This time she wore a Fashion Crimes Holly Boat Sleeve dress in periwinkle lace with white underlay, complimented by a white flower belt, rhinestone feather cuff, a little birdy ring, and fantastic tear drop crystal earrings.  I don't think this woman knows what it's like to not look good, because she looks fab-u-lous!

Pictured below is a close up of Sharron's bracelet and ring.  A nice added bonus: that ring opens up like a locket!  You can always count on Fashion Crimes to have the latest and most unique accessories!

Also, judge Laurieann Gibson was seen once again looking radiant in a pair of Fashion Crimes earrings.  Here she is wearing Austrian crystal dangle earrings, which are made in Canada.  Isn't it great to support local, independent artists?  We think so, and so does Laurieann!

Fashion Crimes Loves NXNE

NXNE finished up for another year last Sunday.  Fashion Crimes' very own Tiffany Chang ventured to the Crawford on Friday night to see hip hop artist, the Wordburglar, perform.  Tiffany wore one of Fashion Crimes' newest pieces to the show; a knee length cotton dress with little triangle cut outs around the collar.  This just goes to show that the dresses at Fashion Crimes are not only meant for fancy events; they can easily be worn casually, you just need to either tone up or down your accessories!

Side note: Bram wasn't supposed to make an appearance in the Rhyme O'Clock music video, he just happened to walk by during the filming.  It was fate!!

Canada Sings Episode 5: Calgary Stampede Casino VS Royal Bank of Canada

Wow!  That was one sizzling hot episode of Canada Sings last night!  Part of that was thanks to the sexy performances by both teams competing for their charity, but the beautiful Sharron Matthews burned up the screen in a saucy Fashion Crimes outfit.  Click HERE to watch and see what I'm talking about!

Here is Sharron totally owning a satin leopard print Jezebel Tivoli dress, accessorized with a lace-up waist cincher belt and a fabulous veiled feather fascinator.  For added colour (and added awesomeness), she is wearing 3 crystal bangles in purple and turquoise, with purple gem chandelier earrings (pictured below).  Way to represent lady! Leah Daniels Loves The 6-Way Dress From Fashion Crimes!!

Leah Daniels, Canadian singer/songwriter, looks incredibly fashionable and elegant in her new music video for the song One Night wearing a champagne coloured 6 Way dress from Fashion Crimes!  Click HERE to view the video for such a great song!

Wow!  Another great episode of Canada Sings aired last Tuesday, with the amazing and beautiful Sharron Matthews looking drop dead gorgeous in Fashion Crimes.  This time she wore a black sequin Hepbourne dress, accessorized with a black tip, turquoise fox fur stole (click HERE to learn more about how fur is green) and black fishnet tights, which can all be found at Fashion Crimes!

Canada Sings, Episode 3: CAA vs Ontario Science Centre!!

Did you watch Tuesday night's episode of Canada Sings?  If you did, you would have seen our beloved Sharron Matthews in a jaw dropping Fashion Crimes ensemble!  If you didn't, all you have to do is click HERE to view the entire episode (you're welcome).

 Here Sharron is standing next to choreographer Christian Vincent looking quite babe-like in a Fashion Crimes Drew Wiggle dress in yellow with black lace.  This piece is accessorized with two red feather flower hair clips (which also doubles as a brooch, by the way) and uber sexy fishnet stockings (an essential item in any girl's sock drawer!). 

The gorgeous ladies of the CAA team also donned a few Fashion Crimes accessories.  Be sure to look out for the sequin and bead flower hair clip (as indicated in the picture above with my awesome hand-drawn arrow!), which is also worn by another competitor in the gold version.  Looking fabulous ladies!

Fashion Crimes Appears On MMVA Commercial

Two styles of Fashion Crimes dresses appear on a commercial for the upcoming Much Music Video Awards!  In the middle, you will see a blue-haired bomb shell donning a black tulle, corseted dress sandwiched between two red chiffon, polka dot Fashion Crimes Jezebel Tivoli dresses.  Click HERE to view the entire commercial. Canada Sings! Episode 2: The Royal Canadian Airforce VS The Peel Children's Aid Society

Once again, the ever so awesome Sharron Matthews proved to be the perfect model for Fashion Crimes!  Last Tuesday's episode had Sharron sporting a Fashion Crimes Hepbourne Tivoli dress in black and red rose embroidered silk, paired with a black sash and lots of crystal jewels.  To top off the outfit (literally), a black feather fascinator was added for that perfect touch of elegance.  Wow, Sharron looks absolutely spectacular; you rock it girl!

Canada Sings Returns!!

 Canada Sings! is back for it's second season, and once again Fashion Crimes had the pleasure of dressing our favourite funny lady on the planet, Sharron Matthews.  Sharron is one of the vocal coaches for the show, and every episode she looks absolutely dynamite in Fashion Crimes attire.  In the first episode (which aired last Tuesday), she rocked a Fashion Crimes Hepbourne Tivoli dress accessorized with a coral chiffon sash, complete with layered black pearl bracelets.   Gorgeous!

 

Also, the amazing earrings worn by the lovely Lauriann Gibson (pictured below) are found at, you guessed it, Fashion Crimes!  And in case you were wondering, they come in a silver version, as well as black.

Dina Is Lovely In Lace

Here is everyone's favourite TV gal, Dina Pugliese, donning the second outfit provided by Fashion Crimes for her latest gig hosting Canada's Got Talent. During last week's live results show, Dina looked like a knock out in a black lace Jezebel Wiggle dress. Click HERE to see for yourself! Dina's Got Fashion Crimes!

Fashion Crimes friend Dina Pugliese strutted her stuff as host of Canada's Got Talent in a gold sequin Demure Scoop dress on yesterday's live taping of the hit show. This fitted Fashion Crimes dress has an open back, and is available in a sleeveless version as well. As with all the garments that emerge from our studio on Richmond Street, you will find this style in a huge selection of fabrics, ranging from cottons to laces. This is a dress every girl could use in her closet; lucky for you Fashion Crimes has a whole rack of them!

Laila Biali Is As Pretty As A Peacock

Laila Biali, one of Canada's leading ladies of contemporary jazz, blew the socks off the audience at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto wearing a gorgeous embroidered peacock gown from Fashion Crimes. This strapless dress has an open front skirt in a beautiful, wavy black chiffon, that creates an elegant look even if you decide to go bare foot!!
